Posted onVerified A great half day when transiting to/from Ambergris The PERFECT way to spend a half day while transiting from Ambergris to the US. We were picked up at the airport in a minivan and transported to see howlers in their native habitat. We also climbed Altun Ha's Mayan temples and had a great tour of Belize City. All capped off with a great little food truck stop before arriving back at the airport in time for our international departure. Guide was knowledgeable. Please consider this tour company, you will not be disappointed.Posted onVerified Cave Tubing with Belize Wild Caribbean Tours On May 16th, 2024, I went on an amazing cave tubing tour with Belize Wild Caribbean Tours. The owner of the company, Pastor Linsdale Belease, set up the trip and accompanied the group as we floated down the river that ran through the cave. Our guide, George provided a wealth of information about the different trees and native species to the area as we hiked through the rain forest to reach the spot where we put in our tubes. This adventure was terrific and I would highly recommend this activity to anyone. If you are going to Belize, don't miss out on this activity or any other activity that is provided by Belize Wild Caribbean Tours.Posted onVerified Wonderful tour with a fantastic guide! I highly recommend this small, private tour. What a great tour on our first day exploring Belize! I would highly recommend this tour. Lins picked us up from our hotel and drove us to see some of the important sites in Belize city. Lins also arranged for us to get a tour of the museum to learn more about the history of the slave trade. We also saw many beautiful paintings by Pen Cayetano and Angela Gegg. Lins is a detective in Belize and very knowledgeable. It was enjoyable learning more about the country and people of Belize as he was driving. We got to Altun Ha a little later in the morning and had a guide show the four of us the Mayan ruins. We were able to climb to the top of the ruins for a great view. We had the ruins largely to ourselves! We then were taken to see the howler monkeys by another guide Robert who was extremely knowledgeable. We watched the monkeys eat rose apples and were able to hear a male howl. Lins took us back to the hotel to get our luggage and was kind to drive us to the airport to catch our flight to San Pedro. Lins was very accommodating and we were able to see more things than we had originally expected. I would definitely do this tour again and would recommend it to others.Posted onVerified Fantastic guide, fantastic tour! Will choose them again in the future. This was a fantastic guided tour, our first introduction to Belize! Lins, the owner of the Belize Wild Caribbean Tours was our guide. He's a detective during the week, so we were lucky to do this tour on a Saturday and have him as our guide. Because this is a private tour, we had more latitude, and we made an extra stop at the museum where we had a lovely guided tour. We really wanted to see the exhibit on the slave trade, and it was totally worthwhile, plus the museum tour guide was wonderful. We decided not to stop for lunch so the timing all worked out well. Lins is super accommodating and really gave us great perspective on Belizean history and culture! We got to Altun Ha relatively late, and had the place almost to ourselves, with only two other people there when we were!!! Highly recommend this company. We would definitely hire them again for another tour when we return!Posted onVerified Excellent experience and tour company - highly recommend Our group of four had an open day on our recent Belize trip and scheduled a private tour with Belize Wild Caribbean Tours. It was a great way to spend the day. We visited the Xunantunich Archeological site and floated through the Nohoch Che'en caves. Linsdale lead the tour and arranged for private guides at the Mayan Ruins and cave tour. Linsdale was great - his pre-trip communications were excellent and he's super friendly and informative. The guides at the two sites were also excellent as was the traditional Belizean lunch at a local restaurant. We highly recommend Belize Wild Caribbean Tours.Posted onVerified Great tour Age/Adrian was a great tour guide. He had so much knowledge of the area, its people's, history, the culture. He drove safely while showing us points of interest. I was surprised to see the mix of English and Caribbean culture. The area was much nicer than many we’ve seen on our cruise. The ruins were not as big as some of the others we’ve seen but were very manageable especially in the heat. We could climb to the top of several. We stopped along the way to try a local beer and visited a local wine producer. The Belizean lunch that was included was not big but was well prepared and delicious. The guide made an effort to get to know us and provide us with an individualized experience. Would recommend.Posted onVerified Extremely Well Run Company This was our 3rd time to Belize and our second time with this company. They are over-the-top organized and take care of every-little-thing. We did a city tour, zipline, and cave-tube experience and stopped at a off-the-beaten-path place for a local lunch. So amazing. Pro Trip - Bring DEET bug repellent along when you go. It's not just for the jungle. Will absolutely contact them again when we go back.
