Cancellation & Refund Policy

Belize Wild Caribbean Tours

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your tour.
The remaining balance is due before the tour date or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are quoted in USD.

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation fees are structured as follows:

More than 72 hours notice:
If you cancel 72 hours or more before the scheduled start time of your tour, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
48–72 hours notice:
Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before your tour start time will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 48 hours / No-shows:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, as operational preparations and reservations are already confirmed.

Requests to change tour dates or tour details must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Changes are permitted subject to availability.
A change fee may apply if adjustments are made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, safety concerns, or factors beyond our control.

In these cases you may choose:

No additional fees will apply for cancellations initiated by the operator.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We understand cruise schedules change unexpectedly.
If your ship cannot dock or arrives too late to join the tour, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds or reschedule options will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
